We would 100% recommend you stay here. We found the host really welcoming and felt they went above and beyond to help our 10 month old feel at home by providing toys, bed etc. The host was super responsive and we hardly had to wait for a reply to any questions we had. The property is beautifully renovated and the space feels open and light. It was really easy to check in, really clean and the area is really peaceful.

We have stayed here for New Year's so many times now that it feels like a real tradition. Monika is a wonderful host and the property is cozy, comfortable and very clean. We love to just spend time cooking and relaxing by the fire. Really wonderful.

What a special cottage! Very beautiful and warmly decorated with a number of very special surprises in the interior (I won't reveal anything, go experience it yourself...). An incredibly nice garden, parking next to the door, a private terrace. Two toilets, two bathrooms (one even with a bathtub!)We were here as participating artists at a large exhibition and could relax here after a tiring day and drink a glass of wine in the evening sun. Isabelle and Jeroen are always ready to help when needed. Everything went extremely relaxed. What a gem this house is!

Very satisfied with this stay. We were a little worried about the bedrooms on the mezzanine that are open, but it was not too bad. Room distribution slightly adjusted from 3, 4 and 6 people to 4, 4 and 5, and that worked. Units are connected to a hallway, only available for this accommodation, which is useful for putting the children to sleep. One bathroom per unit was a luxury with one large group.

Wonderful stay with our two month old baby and toddler of three. Highly recommended for a family with (young) children. Sparkling clean apartment in a top location, with the beautiful (and buggyproove) Koolhofput in your backyard and the cozy cafes and restaurants of Nieuwpoort within a very short walking distance. We also often took the tram to the beach and were able to leave the car on the side all week. While there is a lot to do in the vicinity, it is also enjoyable in the apartment itself with a view of the canal and bathed in the autumn sunlight. Everything we needed for our children was available and the layout was perfect to stay spacious, comfortable and cozy. You can feel that Christophe runs the address with his heart. This was a vacation with all the necessities. To put it in the words of Christophe: the only thing that needs to be here is to enjoy.
