Small studio ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. Located in the arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the city of gastronomy and 10 minutes from downtown (Darcy Square). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I would like to point out that the apartment is close to the train station, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels, etc.) noise pollution is present. Please do not book if you are sensitive to noise.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
