Gîte des 3 Croix, la Répara-Auriples.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

Dieulefit: 2 spacious rooms in the heart of the village

Our apartment is located in the middle of Dieulefit, an emblematic village of the Provencal Drome. Shops are very close to the building as well as cafes and restaurants. Many cultural activities are offered, art galleries, ceramists, festivals. Dieulefit is the departure of beautiful hikes and close to beautiful classified villages (Le Poet Laval, Grignan...) In summer, the beautiful municipal outdoor pool is open in July August and is a 3-minute walk away.

La Remise, private pool

La Remise, my grandfather used to store his tractor there. Completely renovated, it has become a 90 m2 detached house with a 110 m2 fenced garden, mini pool & garage. A spacious living room, equipped kitchen, living room & mezzanine with 2 single beds. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed + balcony with table & chairs. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bathroom & separate toilet. The house is classified 2 stars in tourist accommodation 4G data sharing for remote work

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

THE PROVENÇAL ROOFTOP This 110 m2 duplex is air-conditioned (central air-conditioning upstairs in the living room), it has just been completely renovated and has a 25 m2 roof terrace. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
