The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

"Fly Away"

The stay was great, everything was as described. Check-in with key box perfect. There was everything you need for a relaxing stay and more. In the kitchen, spices, etc. Really great. For the balcony, seat cushions and blankets. Candles for the evening to sit comfortably. We even found games in the closet. The location was great with the view of the Danube, also quiet and yet well located for activities. Free parking is available, which is often important. Can highly recommend and will remain in our memory.

What can I say that others haven’t? Elisabeth gave us a wonderful and amazing, caring and nurturing experience. Her home truly is characterised by her children from their creative art and vibe. Columbo provided incredible dinners from his background being Italian and not to mention Elisabeth’s own home made Apple strudel which she makes from her own garden apple tree. Fresh eggs in the morning from her chickens. Our dogs certainly were entertained chasing each other around the chicken coop. Our trip was especially characterised by there being the biggest snow fall in Wels in years! A truly memorable experience and weekend away. We cannot thank her enough and truly look forward to seeing her again in the near future!

Sandra and her husband were lovely hosts who welcomed us nicely and warmly. The place was very cozy, well equipped, spacious and tidy. In addition, it is lovingly and modernly furnished with new furniture. We particularly liked the terrace with the wooden furniture and the fenced garden for our dog. The location on the Inn is great, as we could go down directly from the garden and you could go for a great walk there and you could also refresh your feet while our dog splashed in the water. The apartment is in a quiet location and the historic market square of Obernberg with various restaurants is within walking distance. The apartment is great for a quiet, relaxing (short) vacation with a dog. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back😊.

Excellent welcome, good communication, Margit is a pleasant and accommodating person. The apartment is very spacious, the bedding is great. Only inconvenience, a common entrance to the 2 apartments which can hinder privacy Other than that, I highly recommend Margit.
