Welcome to the German Tuscany in our family vacation home! Our region has plenty to offer – whether it's hiking, biking, shopping, or city tours! The house is furnished to allow families with (and without) children to have a good time. Cycling and hiking trails are right around the corner. Dexheim itself has a lot to offer (culture in the park, history, the town hall garden, and more), but so do Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, and Heidelberg – it's just beautiful here! We do NOT rent to fitters.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Fantastic living and sleeping in Nierstein a.Rhein

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

Welcome to our well-kept and stylish semi-detached house, which is available for your exclusive use. It is located in the heart of Rhine Hesse in Nierstein, surrounded by vineyards with wonderful wine hiking trails and the opportunity to taste regional wines directly at the winemaker. The proximity to the Rhine promenade invites you to take long walks by the water. The ferry to Hesse allows excursions across the Rhine. By train you can quickly get to the surrounding cities.

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

The apartment features a bedroom with 1 double bed, a cozy living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 additional guests, a kitchen, and a bathroom – perfect for relaxing and exploring!

Beautiful apartment in the wine-growing town of Nierstein

55 sqm non-smoking apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-party house with private access and has normal-sized windows in both rooms overlooking the garden. The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

From Uelversheim you can reach the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital of Mainz and the Nibelungen city of Worms in 30 minutes and Frankfurt in 45 minutes.

Vacation apartment at Julia & Peter's in Oppenheim

The 80 sqm non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a central location of the historic small town of Oppenheim. Within walking distance you will find various shopping opportunities, snacks, restaurants and wineries, an S-Bahn connection, as well as the old town that invites you to discover medieval history. You are welcome to park your bike or motorcycle in our locked courtyard, which, however, is not covered.

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
