Vacation rentals with lake access in Điện Bàn

Choosing this accommodation was so good that I had no regrets. The host was so good and communication was quick, so I was satisfied. They prepared breakfast every morning comfortably, so I enjoyed the meal. The accommodation is spacious and clean, and it is optimized for large family trips. If I go to Da Nang next time, I plan to stay again.

덕분에 너무나도 잘지내다 갑니다^^F1 숙소로 변경해서 지냈는데 호수를 바라보는 뷰가 너무나 행복했습니다 황홀했어요. 조금만 걸어나가면 바로 바다앞이라 산책하기도 좋았습니다 다만 거리가 있어 시내는 조금 멀지만 충분히 드라이브하면서 다니기 좋아요. 저는 내년에도 또 방문하고 싶어요. 호스트,매니저님 모두 최고였어요 너무나도 감사합니다 또 만나요!

Very friendly and accommodating host I enjoyed my stay and extended it twice for the duration of my trip the room is very clean and I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind being a little ways away from Da Nang but I would definitely stay again

The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

The host and butler responded very quick and they are also very kind. We were able to use buggy, bicycles and all the resort’s facilities with free. Daily housekeeping and the services free water. We can see the main pool with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also we could borrow the motorcycles with the similar price at the rental shop and we could pick and drop at the lobby. 오션빌라 두번째 방문이었고 최고의 호스트였습니다 ㅋ ㅏ톡으로 호스트와 집사가 함께 소통하였으며 모든 문의사항에 빠르게 답변해줬고 친절했습니다 매일 객실청소와 물을 제공해줬습니다 버기, 자전거등 리조트내 부대시설도 무료이용 가능합니다 뷰는 메인풀이 정면으로 보이고 방 두개, 화장실도 두개로 편하게 사용했습니다 오토바이 렌탈도 하고 있는데 대여점과 거의 비슷한 가격에 로비까지 가져다줍니다 상태도 훨씬 좋았고 기름도 가득 채워져 있었어요 여권 맡길 필요도 없었고 따로 반납하러 가지 않아도 되는게 너무너무 좋았어요

Für uns als Familie mit zwei klein Kindern war es ein perfekter Ort. Die Anlage die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin waren super. Sehr zu empfehlen 🙌🏽

I stayed here for a week and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An that wants an amazing ocean view, big balcony, and access to one of the best resorts in the area. The photos don’t do it justice — the balcony wraps around offering commanding views of the ocean and even Da Nang from every room. The beds are super comfortable — the best I had in Vietnam. Two bathrooms one with a shower and the other a tub with a view. The kitchen, while small, has all you need to cook and the host provided generous amounts of water as well. The resort grounds are stellar — with 3 pools incl. indoor, a gym with high quality equipment, and access to the beach. There’s not much happening in the general area, but a 15min l taxi ride gets you into old town which is packed with things to do and eat. There are also two small mini marts near the hotel to get drinks and snacks. As a final note, I left something at the room and the host drove it to the airport in time for my flight. 10/10 service!

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. We liked how it wasn’t in the centre of town, a bit more private and peaceful, but only a short ride into the old town. The place is very clean, aircon works great, pool is lovely, and outdoor area is lovely and tranquil. One thing to note, there is no Ethernet cable in the rooms as mentioned in the description, however the wifi is fine. I do online work, and although I needed to sit near the door, it was completely manageable. Also, the kitchen is not quite as described, it is only a small outdoor shed. Completely fine and usable. There is also a water filter nearby. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. They were there to help whenever we needed it, they are very kind people. We would absolutely stay there again, the price is great. Would highly recommend!
