Hung’s place is absolutely stunning, it looks exactly as pictured on the listing - we couldn’t fault it! Great location, nice and quiet but plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The hosts were very quick at responding to our queries, and even arranged for airport pick up and drop off. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Beautiful, spacious house in a great environment. 100m to the dream beach. Everything very well maintained and tasteful. Every 3 days a friendly and very capable lady came to change the laundry/ towels and made everything super clean. Overall, our absolute recommendation and absolutely worth the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanh's place. The room is huge and has great lighting. I was able to work at the desk by the window during the day with my coffee. I also liked chilling out on the balcony as well. There's a decent kitchen and good bathroom with a nice shower. There are quite a few steps and no lift so this is something to consider, but I was find with that. It's a short walk to the beach and even shorter to a nice park which I found really good for running and fitness on the different equipment there. The bed was very comfortable and air con made it very pleasant in the room. The TV didn't offer much but I was mostly on my laptop anyway.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

The location is good, so it's good to move to downtown Da Nang and Hoi An. The interior of the villa complex is well organized, and the security is safe and safe! However, the age of the accommodation is a little uncomfortable and the bed is very uncomfortable (the sofa is comfortable). Apart from this, it is the best for a group trip! It was an easy and very satisfying trip to get in touch with the host ~!

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable and clean.. Bedsheets, towels, linens, bathrooms, toilets are very clean!! WiFi working excellently.. Very fast!! I would recommend this to family and friends without any hesitation!!

The staff were friendly. I had to go out after ordering Lotte Mart, so I told them I was leaving it at the door. When I came back after going out, you put it up in the kitchen. I also liked that it was picking up/sanding, but I think it would have been better if you had informed me in advance.
