I liked it a lot, everything was clean and tidy, and the communication was good and accurate, the apartment is cozy and it is very good value for the money, the only thing I recommend is that you go more warmly dressed because here in Concepcion in general it is cold, but that is not the fault of the owners :)

The house is even better than described, spacious, comfortable, with a garden and beautiful terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and swimming pools, to forget about the car! The kids have fun with all the entertainment there! Sebastian is always attentive, any concerns are always answered quickly and very kindly!! It's appreciated!! Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Carolna was very attentive and concerned from the beginning to coordinate the entire stay, and every detail, very comfortable with everything you need, beautiful surroundings.

Very nice house, clean pool and tinaja (ready to be used), well-equipped kitchen (missing toaster), spacious and clean bathrooms. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. For the date and considering that they have already lowered the temperatures to consider having pellet or warn that you have to buy. They gave us the possibility of checking out later. We had a very good stay, wanting to repeat it again.

Violeta's apartment is beautiful and elegant, very cozy, impeccable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt right at home. Its location is great, central, it is 2 or 3 blocks from the square; ideal for walking, getting fresh air; close to the beach, restaurants, stores, minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes; and it is on the first floor! I loved it, 100% recommended and Violeta was very friendly, a superhost.

The stay at Silvia's apartment was comfortable and pleasant; the condominium is in front of the beach, a quiet place, with businesses and restaurants nearby, and with a beautiful view to enjoy a unique experience. The interior is true to the published images, the space was tidy, clean, and with everything you need to feel at home. It's a place I recommend, and I would definitely come back again.

My experience was excellent, the host was very attentive to make everything first class. The place is very comfortable and complete and very easy to access the city center, as well as the access roads to the different tourist attractions of the city. In a highly recommended conclusion.
