The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house.
