What can I say what an amazing apartment really home from home.the apartment has all the facilities you will need unfortunately we had rain for the first two nights so we stayed in and had a few drinks cooked dinner and watched films everything you need is in this apartment. The location is spectacular everything is nearby and within walking distance I would highly recommended eating in the restaurant opposite called the village restaurant food great staff very friendly and reasonable prices I don’t think you will be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my 2nd stay at Paul's place and would stay again. Paul is very quick to answer any messages, and attentive, messaging to check everything is OK. the apartment was lovely and clean and has everything you could want for your stay, and the parking is a bonus.

cherry's communication was great, very responsive and sent us taxi numbers and extra information ahead of our trip. The home was beautiful with everything we needed and in a beautiful area, our only disappointment was that we were only staying for 2 nights as would have to have stayed there for longer. Would highly recommend

There was everything we needed for our stay The apartment was in a great location and the host very approachable if needed. The bed was comfortable and the welcome hamper contained lots of essentials and goodies. We hope to stay again before too long. One of the best airbandb"s we have stayed in. Would recommend 100%

had a fantastic stay! great travel links and only a very short walk to the train station or into the city centre. the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a holiday or longer! Although we didn't meet Leane in person, we did speak on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! thank you for a lovely stay!

This place is perfectly located, just off the busy main high street, close to the beauty of the Barbican harbour, and yet still quiet and cosy. The bathroom is gorgeous, the kitchen simple yet rustic ( just enough of what you need for a short stay), and the whole place is quirky enough to keep you occupied in the absence of a TV. Sef was a responsive host (did not get to meet partner Angela) and Licorice the cat showed up a few times too. Would definitely stay again!

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

Lovely space and a great reponsive and accommodating host. Very convient if visiting family at the hopsital or Plymouth and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Stunning apartment, fantastic views. Super clean and comfortable. Just as the photos described. Bit of a hill walk to get back up from Looe, but only takes 10 mins and the taxi boat runs regularly to take you to the other side of you don’t fancy walking over the bridge. Great selection of restaurants and bars. Will definitely recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We had no issues with on street parking less than 10mins walk up the road.

This is the second time we've stayed here & we had a great time. The location is perfect with fantastic views. Well equipped home with everything we needed. Would highly recommend & will definitely visit again

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Off road parking and easy access via key box. Lovely garden for the dogs to wander and a nice seating area for drinks of an evening.

We booked a week last minute, at Mount Brioni, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We walked to Downderry and enjoyed a few drinks in the Inn on the Shore, then went to Bewshea Tapas, which was excellent. We drove out each day, and enjoyed ourselves very much. Luckily we took food with us for when we needed it, as there is no shop to walk to, a farm shop ,15 mins drive away was very well stocked though. The apartment was exactly what we expected and very clean with a beautiful view. Jackie and John greeted us, and were very friendly. Definitely recommend this ABNB.

A really lovely place on the outskirts of Plymouth. Within easy reach of the town centre by bus (across the road) and had everything I needed during my stay. The place was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Judy and Geoff’s place if you’re thinking of staying in Plymouth or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Charles is an excellent manager. He can solve all problems quickly and has helped us a lot with things he doesn't need to do, which makes us feel at home.

Great stay at the recording studios, the place was clean and in stunning surrounds, with amazing views! Hot tub was great, kitchen was great for a week of family meals. Not far to walk into Salcombe town centre where there are some lovely pubs and restaurants! All round a great stay thank you!

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to the centre of Looe. Stunning views over the river. Spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. Very well equipped with everything you would need. We particularly appreciated the air con in the flat as we stayed during very warm weather and the flat was kept lovely and cool. The hot tub was fabulous. so relaxing to lie in after a busy day. the outside space was fabulous too! Tara was an extremely good host. Very attentive and responsive. We really appreciated the cream tea waiting for us on arrival, gorgeous! Highly recommend this flat for anyone wanting to stay in Looe. First class!

John and Felicity were great hosts. They are super friendly and very communicative. Felicity's menu and food were amazing but please don't make the same mistake we did and order on the last night! She made us so much beautiful food that we had to go out and buy tupperware because it was just too good to waste and there was so much, we couldn't possibly finish it all in one meal!

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

The property was just as advertised. Had to drive through a country road to get to it but the instructions were very clear so we found it very easily. The property is so close to Salcombe, it’s easy to get around and we used the local Tesco to buy the food we needed for our stay which was again easy to find and just a short drive away. Overall the property was very clean however we were slightly disappointed when it came to using the BBQ that was supplied, it still had residual food from previous guests on it so we had to give it a good clean before we could use it. We also wrongly assumed there would be coal in the BBQ so had to go back to the shop to get some when we realised there wasn’t, so if you’d like a BBQ, be sure to add coal to your shopping list! We loved the hot tub! It was beautifully clean and easy to use, lovely sitting out in the evenings with the patio area all lit up. We would definitely stay again, we had a lovely couple days in a beautiful property and area.

Great little place to sleep close to the beach. We had a small issue which Pam was quick to try and resolve.
