Beautiful home with tons of character and a unique, stylish decor. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Niah and Owen were incredibly friendly and helpful — they even allowed us to check in four hours early to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated! Would definitely book again!

absolutely loved the quirky decor & charm of an older house!! the yard was a nice, more private outdoor space that we liked using. we planned on doing outdoorsy stuff but the weather didnt cooperate so we mostly just hungout at the house!! we found it to be very cozy & we all slept well which can be hard in unfamiliar surroundings.

Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

We had a great stay at Darin's place. Location was perfect for traveling back and forth to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Home was very spacious and clean with great Wi-Fi connection and multiple TV's. Would definitely stay at Darin's place again!

This is a wonderful find in Detroit! I loved staying in this apartment. It was so comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen has all the utensils and pots and pans you need to be able to cook your own meals, which was a requirement for me. Great location with multiple windows through which you can see Ford Field and Comerica Field, near multiple restaurants and other amenities. Very detailed, clear instructions as to how to get into the apartment, and good parking garage right across the street. Also good value for the area; cheaper for me to stay here than at some of the nearby hotels, with far more space and amenities. I felt at home, and would definitely recommend and definitely would stay there again if I come back to Detroit.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well-located and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. We also had no trouble finding free parking on the street very close to the apartment. The building is old and the stairs are pretty steep up to the apartment, but we had no issues. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. It got pretty loud in the neighborhood at night, so be sure to bring earplugs. Ronald and Zoe were very responsive to our messages.

Amanda’s place was a great spot to sleep in for the night while coming to Detroit to see a show.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Thanks Michelle for having us in your beautiful apartment. Everything was super smooth - great communication, the apartment was very cosy and clean and it was well located. As I had to work remote I was also positively surprised by the very fast wifi connection (200mbit/s). I can highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Detroit.

As soon as we got to Detroit, and got in the building my girlfriend looked at me and said “wow this is a gem”. I hope anyone’s experience was as good as ours. 10/10 service too.

Great place. Perfect location, very spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Great hosts too. Responsive, accommodating. It can get a bit noisy with the bar downstairs, but that is mentioned in the listing + noise stops at 11pm, and only happens a couple of times a week. Plus: if you're cool, you'll just walk out, 5 steps, and join the fun at the bar (Jazz, Vinyl nights, etc). Internet wasn't great. But still, a perfect spot to spend a few (or several) days in Detroit. Will be back!

Great spot centrally located in Ferndale. Very comfortable with a cool little open air patio balcony. One thing to note, there is no sink in the kitchen. This is clear enough in the description but I didn’t catch it. (There is a sink in the bathroom.) Good bed, good couch, good shower, parking spot. I’d definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was in a good location and the host was very pleasant and responsive to questions. The home was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

this place was just perfect for spending time in the city. The folks were fabulous and so quick to respond and help. Hope to stay there again

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
