Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Hallstatt, Gosau, and St. Wolfgang are around 1 hour, perfect for hikes and day trips. This apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has its own private entrance . It has 2 rooms, each for up to 3 guests (max. 6). Ideal for families, couples, or friends. Note: no public transport nearby, arrival by car is recommended.**

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. This bright, secluded, small apartment is located on the second floor of my house on the outskirts of the village. The large glass front offers an impressive view of the mountains of the Salzkammergut. You share the house entrance with my brother Hans, who lives in the attic apartment. You can park your car right in front of the house.
