It was a quiet and comfortable atmosphere because it was a residential area. I booked it for a Kintex business trip, and it was nice to go running in the front lake park, which was within walking distance. I booked it as a business trip accommodation, but it felt like I was going to my own home, so I was able to maintain my daily life.

Very cute apartment. Perfect for a little weekend getaway with my friend. We loved that everything was close by, especially the metro. Affordable & quiet.

S.Young was very responsive and work hard to accommodate our request for early check-in and work with the management office to sort out our free parking. Everything you've ever needed in a home is there. It feels like home away from home. It'll be good if we had a dryer in addition to the washing machine provided but the laundromat is just across the road. Location is convenient with a 24/7 convenient store just on the ground floor. There are restaurants within walking distance.

This place was so great I almost don't want to share a review in case it gets booked the next time I look to book it again haha! The positives: well equipped, clean apartment, simple instructions, plus lots of convenient restaurants and stores. Host S was quite responsive and helpful as well and I really appreciated that. The only slight downside I'd consider is accessibility - you get by a lot better by car, the only train station nearby is a short bus ride away. Which is still quite okay! I was here for a long duration and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation was very clean, and it seemed to be very useful for long stays because it was equipped with everything you needed to cook simple meals. The parking lot was spacious, so it was very useful when using the car. This is an accommodation that I want to use again in the future!

Lisa is a great host. Communication She communicated well and the place is as described in the app. Everything was well in place and it was clean. Location The location is also great since it’s near a bus stop and a subway station. Very accessible. Even the convenience store is just a minute away. Attractions Though it may be an hour away from Seoul, there are still lots of attractions that are walkable from the place like Ilsan Park. For those with children, the place is also near a playground. 🤎🤎🤎 It was also very heartwarming that Lisa prepared snacks for us before we arrive since our check in time is late. She is very thoughtful.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb—it was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was exceptionally kind and responsive, even leaving us ramen and eggs, which were a delicious and thoughtful touch. One of the biggest highlights for us was the location. It was perfect for our needs, especially since my partner’s family lives in Ilsan. Being just a mile from Jeongbalsan and only one stop from Madu Station made getting around so easy. Exit 6 and 8 is both close to the Airbnb. The apartment is conveniently located on Line 3, with a smooth and simple transfer to Line 2, which made exploring the city a breeze. We also loved how walkable the neighborhood was. I especially enjoyed visiting the nearby convenience stores every morning—GS25 was just a 3-minute walk away, and 7-Eleven was only 6 minutes. The area had everything we needed. It was truly convenient for both daily essentials and spending quality time with nearby family.

My family had a comfortable stay at Jamie’s place for Seoul trip. It was easy to find, cozy and clean inside. The atmosphere was very nice and true as pics. Appreciate the little welcome sweets. Would love to stay at Jamie’s place again if we are traveling Seoul again.

I will stay here again next time 🫶 As soon as I entered the house, I was touched by the lovely scent and the well-prepared amenities. I loved the house from the entrance to the front door, so I took pictures and videos. I had a great time eating food and taking pictures at the spacious dining table. 🌮🍷 The bedding was soft and warm, so I was able to sleep cozy and cozy. Whenever I had questions, the host responded quickly and kindly.💖

The location is perfect! I went to the fair and had a great time watching with my mom. It was👍 right in front, so I walked to it, and I didn't move by car, and I walked to the restaurant! There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and since it's right in front of the park, it was so comfortable to move around! I want to stay again in the future😀👍

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. Convenient location, convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, pharmacy, and direct access to the airport by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and he responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

It was such a good trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

This was my 3rd air bnb in Seoul (northeast side) and this one was our favorite. Spacious, clean, and right out of the Amsa history park station. It’s a little bit farther away from the center of the city, but it’s easy to get to Jamshil& Cheonho. Jiny was such an amazing host - very responsive, very friendly, and really a hospitable person. My husband liked the bell on the front door so I asked where she got it, and she just ordered one for him- what a lovely gesture! I also loved that there were many extra towels and beddings. She also installed a water purifier during our stay, which was super helpful. There are cafes and bakeries in a walking distance (Starbucks is not too far) and a super market and convenient stores are also in 3-8min walking distance. 3 rooms (one of them is big, the other 2 are smaller but not too tiny) with different design themes, and one big bathroom! It even has a dry sauna on the balcony. Overall very satisfied, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Clean, cozy studio just a 5-minute walk from Hongik Station—super convenient for exploring Seoul. The location near Hongdae was perfect, with lots to see and do. Check-in was smooth, and everything matched the listing. Highly recommend and would stay again!
