Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Denning

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay. They provided everything you need plus more. So comfortable, lovely ambiance and the sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We came on a rainy day and still had a great time. Location is 10/10. Loved the calmbucha. Highly recommend!

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

We enjoyed being in a walkable area with plenty of things to do and place for food and entertainment.

This is a great home. The decor is inviting, the kitchen is spacious, and the backyard has a great view. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet too.

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

Cozy house in very secluded amazing location in the primeval forest and the pond and stream are wonderful. We were grateful for the high-speed internet - there's no ATT coverage in the surrounding area. Lots of books, artwork and antiques to enjoy.

Stony Clove Cottage was great for our family with two little kids—lots of toys and kids books and bunk beds and tub with kids shampoo. Kitchen has everything you need. Really feels like you’re in someone’s house, if you like that. Road is sometimes a bit loud and neighbors are right there, but swimming hole across the road (ask for directions to the sweet spot) was wonderful. Host was responsive and helpful. Near great eats (Phoenicia diner, Peekamoose, the Pines, Mam’s Boy Burgers) and great hikes. I always complain about the beds being uncomfortable in every place I stay, so maybe that’s a me problem. Would recommend for other families.

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

The house is so peaceful and quiet - can’t even see another house. Very comfortable and cozy. Perhaps the best memory foam bed I’ve had at an airBnB. Slept like a baby. Within 30-40 min drive at most of just about any area of the Catskills. Also one of the most stocked houses I’ve been in as far as supplies, coffee options, things in fridge, etc. Anne was very communicative. Between that and the sticky notes around the house it’s all very easy to navigate.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay! The place is incredibly comfortable. Perfect for unwinding or just relaxing after a long day. It has a vintage charm that adds character, and everything we needed was there.
