What can I say but WOW! What a beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace within walking distance of Denia town. Joelle you have thought of everything to make guests stay so comfortable, hot showers, air-conditioning, fantastic and comfortable beds, such a well equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace within walking distance plenty of tables, chairs, sun beds and those fabulous views, we loved sitting out there and looking at the beautiful mountains. Great facilities - beautiful kept gardens, paddle court and big spacious swimming pool, which was great to cool down in. This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Also the Mercadona, practically on our doorstep - fantastic selection of foods. Easy access to Denia Old Town through the Castle Tunnel and fab restaurants with delicious food, didn’t want to go home. Sorry we did not get to meet you, Sylvie was a fantastic and kind host. Would love to come back, merci beaucoup, Arlene et Liz 😊

This is a very nice place from which you can explore Dénia and its surroundings. A little too far to walk, so a car or taxi is not unnecessary. The neighborhood is quiet, the air conditioning works fine. I had a small emergency that required a laptop. The resident downstairs was very willing to assist in this. So helpful. This place is recommended.

Our stay was excellent. The owner was very friendly and easily accommodated our arrival time. He helped us with everything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely repeat this home.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Had a great time in Liesbeth&Hans Denia house. Stayed for 10 days in their cosy, little old town house and what could I say: you will have a great time! The kitchen has everything to cook and overall you will find everything to feel like home. Highlight: Homeoffice on the rooftop terrace! The house is perfectly located right next to Cala Loreto with a lot of restaurants and bars, the castle and supermarkets are also nearby. To top everything, communication digitally with Liesbeth and in person with Petra was easy and really pleasant. I will definitely come back! Thanks for having me!

This is a beautiful little villa in a peaceful location with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen, comfy cushions and blankets, and beach chairs and umbrellas. The whole house was spotlessly clean on our arrival. There are restaurants and a beach within walking distance. Moreover Lucia is a really kind human being, she was super responsive and organised ahead of our visit and had fantastic recommendations about the surrounding area. Definitely recommend this stay!

Excellent stay at Alfredo's, the apartment is in a very good location, charming with the pretty terraces on both sides. The street is quiet with the liveliness of cafes, restaurants nearby... we were hosted very well (welcome basket) thank you for this relaxing and exotic stay! See you soon

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

great apartment overlooking the sea and exciting rocks. The host's response is always quick. Great snorkeling opportunity. Restaurants within walking distance. Denia can be reached in about 10 minutes. Very nice!! Great.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it is also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, the furnishings are so loving, everything is very clean, the terrace is the absolute highlight, very large and everything you need with the incredible view.
