the house had everything we needed, and Terisa always answered . the house is a bit far from Amsterdam by public transport so take it to consideration. we had a good time in the house with a very kind welcoming when we came. great value for money!

We liked Ron's place very much. Everything was as described. The living space was significantly larger than the photos suggested. The house is very centrally located, close to supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The way to the beach is also quite short. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

Great place for our family.

We had a great time in Loes's house and immediately felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The artistic and loving decor was absolutely to our taste. Loes is a very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to come back.

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days at the place. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and easy (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace but still want to quickly get to the city or do other activities, this is the place to be. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. In addition, a day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

A really very cozy place to stay! Communication was easy and fast :) We liked it very much, we would love to come back!

The chalet is great and very new. All cooking utensils were also available in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and also the campsite was perfect for us (with a 5-year-old child). The communication with Dirk was super nice and straightforward. We would love to come back!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

Very cozy, clean caravan in a quiet, natural environment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entire complex (showers, pool,...) is also very clean and well maintained. We had the heating on at night, everything worked out great. The staff at the reception were also very friendly. Communication with Stefan was very good. Questions were answered helpfully and quickly. The WiFi connection in the caravan was not always available, but with the existing games, bicycles and the cozy evenings on the beautiful terrace, that was no problem for us. The WiFi connection at the front of the reception/at the pool was very good. It's a perfect place to switch off.

We had a great day at the property. Especially nice was that the sea was nearby and you were surrounded by tulip fields:)

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place is even more cozy and charming than the photos show — beautifully located and very peaceful. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Birgit was an incredibly supportive and responsive host. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish, and she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We are already thinking about coming back in the future. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. As a result, there is also constantly fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. On the dike, there is also a beach for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The dog has also been thought of. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was spotless, very clean and well kept. The location is also ideal: public transport is easily accessible to visit Amsterdam. It was a nice place to stay where we quickly felt at home.

We used Debby's place for a short trip to the sea with the family and were all super excited! We traveled with 4 adults, two children and our cat and the house was sufficiently large, super clean, toys had been provided for the children and the garden with sandbox was also a dream for all of us. In 4 minutes we were at the sea and the dunes with the cars. That's exactly how we imagined it! Debby was super nice and helpful and even helped us out when we were missing an ingredient while cooking. Really a successful stay and we would definitely come back <3

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

Frank welcomed us warmly in his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available 24/7 and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was neat, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to come across. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short vacation is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. We spent wonderful and relaxing days in this beautiful house. The cottage is well equipped and very cozy. The location near the beach is also great. Angelien is a great hostess. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend this place!!

We were allowed to use the wonderful accommodation of Nittert & family for four nights - we would have preferred not to leave. What a lucky strike: from the loving, detailed furnishings of all rooms, to the large, perfectly equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room, to the well-maintained, lushly planted garden, where you could sit and read in peace... Such a kind of hospitality is not a matter of course. We were happy and grateful and very enthusiastic :-) We'd love to come back anytime!
