Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Demi-Quartier

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

The cottage was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible views from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each bedroom is really a plus especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

A beautiful house, with an even more beautiful view. Exactly as in the picture. Fine beds, a lovely shower and all amenities were there. The children could sleep well with all the blackout options. Antoine always responded very quickly and made us feel like no question was too crazy. All the toys that were present made it a party for the children, especially do not bring too much yourself. Antoine even lent us a few sledges that we had a lot of fun all week with! There were 2 little things that are good to consider with little kids: The end of the garden has no deposit and runs down a slope. We were able to explain it to our 1.5 year old. The ball was quickly lost, but could be picked up again:). There is nothing to walk from the house because of its location against the mountain. That gives an amazing view, but you do everything by car. Good to keep in mind if you come with 1 car. Thanks Antoine!

We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

Excellent stay in this apartment, perfectly equipped, conveniently located, magnificent view. Tastefully decorated apartment with beautiful materials, nothing is left to chance. We'll be back. 😊

A great place to stay in an exceptional setting. A breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 🤩 Upscale combined with a relaxed and pressure-free atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The Savoyards are very welcoming and participate in the beauty of their environment. No false notes on this stay. We are delighted with our stay: the accommodation is beautiful, very clean, well-equipped, you feel good as soon as you enter! Great rental for a family vacation, everything is planned even for children. Jean Jacques is a very friendly and caring host. We have rented a lot of accommodation, this one will remain in our memory both for the accommodation and for the kindness of its owner and we will gladly come back because the only difficulty we had was leaving it! Such a lovely, cosy, pretty, very spacious, spotlessly clean and characterful apartment. So easy to get to - a short, direct walk from the bus station - and situated just minutes from the main town but far away enough from the noise and crowds. The unspoilt view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi are simply breath-taking. The fabulous ‘Childrens’ bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) was particularly charming and l spent lazy afternoons in here reading a book on the bean bags with the French doors open. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the spacious bathroom. I stayed here in May but l can imagine this place would be magical at Christmas time with the log fire burning! One thing to point out for access is there are a few steep steps into the apartment. Not a problem for me but just pointing out for those with access issues. Also, there are no blinds on the windows but l had no problem with that. Utterly delightful. Would stay here again.

Gwen's place is even nicer than the pictures look. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen / lounging area and fireplace. Also very conveniently located to the slopes! Less than a 1k walk. They were also able to set us up with ski rental that was extremely convenient.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful garden to the south. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. The only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we'll be back.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A great experience, Fabrice had prepared everything for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this charming little place to everyone!

Our stay at Claude & Michelle's was perfect. With a large group, the home felt like it was ours for the week-long stay. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for great meals, and it was lovely to stay at a less busy part of the lakeside. Our hosts were accommodating of our requests and I'd definitely recommend this lodging for future trips with many guests.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
