Just a 7-minute drive from the Daugavpils, cozy 1-bedroom and 1 sofa cottage house offers a retreat for up to 3 people. Nestled in a small holiday village, this house includes a sofa bed, a sauna, and a yard. It’s an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy nature while being close to the city. The yard features a barbecue area and parking, pets are welcome. Property divided into 2 houses. Our family lives in the neighbouring house. Every morning you can enjoy a breakfast prepared by mother.

One-room apartment next to river

Just repaired apartment with everything necessary in 20 min walk from city center . The neighbors are nice, mostly speak Russian. The apartment is next to river Daugava, you can walk along the beautiful promenade, there are also outside trainers, beach with boardwalk. The neighborhood is calm, there is not a lot of noice. Currently there is no door to restroom. There is self-gathered tea from the country side. One of the beds are like second floor, you will have to use stairs to get there.
