Great Location, Walk to Flagler Ave, where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Beach access is less than a 2 minute walk, just across the street. We have a $20 maintenance fee for use of a golf cart to enjoy trails, head to the water to fish or visit our Scottish Highland cows and their babies! Go kayaking, fishing or canoeing on the St. John’s River or just enjoy the Florida sunshine! Thank you for NOT smoking in the Weathered Inn!

This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

LAKEFRONT STUDIO APARTMENT (private entrance)

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
