We are conveniently located 5 miles south of Grand Mesa National Forest and 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge close to Hwy 65. The property is private and quiet. We live above the apartments but are very quiet and easily accessible if you need anything. The Grand Mesa is the largest flat-topped mountain in the world and is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts.

The log wrapped closet with shelves provides plenty of storage space and you'll fine other hooks strategically placed for your convenience.

Custom woodwork transforms this 2 room suite into a cozy hideaway with a rustic cabin feel. The kitchen is outfitted with dishware and utensils, pots and pans, dish soap and towels, table and chairs, coffee maker, coffee & tea, microwave, stove, and a refrigerator. The aspen log bed & unique lighting provide a relaxing ambiance. A 40 inch flat screen TV adorns the sitting area. The creative touches continue with the accessories in the full bathroom with tile shower accented with glass tiles.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
