You’ll love it because it 's close (1mile) to the beach, yet away from the crowds! Great for couples, families (with kids), dogs and big family groups. Feel free to use our old bikes, beach chairs, cooler, wagon (filled with toys) and kayaks. The FREE town trolley picks up at the front door every 20 (or so) minutes in season. Resident parking passes are provided for parking close to the beach. Only Aug. 23-28 is available. Fall dates are available and weather is fantastic.

Only minutes to world class dining, outlet shopping, boardwalk, water park, bounce house, golf, bike and hiking trails, multiple micro-breweries including Dogfish Head. No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
