Beachfront vacation rentals in Del Coco Beach

What a spot for a vacation! The location was prime and the room itself was well suited for everything you need. This is a hidden gem in the area. Things I appreciated the most: The ocean was steps away for a swim at anytime. The shop keepers and restaurant owners downstairs are great people and pleasant to talk to during your stay. Waffle monkey (breakfast) and Portofino are the best spots for breakfast, fresh seafood, low cost happy hours, and fire show at night during sunset. You can literally walk anywhere in minutes. There is 3 separate door with locks to get to your top floor rental so this spot is very safe! If you are lucky, you'll notice a 5 foot iguana that rests in the trees to your right off the porch, spending days in the trees. Alvaro is the mgmt person who helps you. He speaks great English and responds rapidly to questions. Can't wait to return and bring family. The two units next to each other would be an ideal joint rental for a group of 5-7 people. Highly recommend!!!

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

Our stay was very nice. The location right in front of the beach was beautiful. The apartment is fully equipped and nice decorated, the big terrace is a big plus.

Great condo, plenty of space and easy access to the beach via shuttle! Comfy beds and all amenities you need ! I would love to stay again!

A 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the main road BUT you can uber from the airbnb to the main road/restaurants for literally only $3.95 each ride. Its a little difficult for people to find exactly (ubers and taxis) but its manageable for sure. AC was POWERFUL and we did not go a single night hot. Backyard was very spacious. Everything was clean. A lot of extra amenities like sunscreen, lotion, books, even Uno cards to play with. It felt very secure because it was gated both in the front and in the back. There was no door on the bathroom but my husband and I personally did not mind that. Water pressure is decent in the shower but nothing to complain about; every other faucet had strong water pressure. Quiet street and the most you’ll hear are the dogs at night. The airbnb was literally down the street from a couple of restaurants and a couple blocks away from a traditional Soda. Good overall experience, i would book a second time. Thank you!

Lucas and company made us feel right at home. Very attentive to everything, we had a small incident with the Villa, and they immediately changed us to another one, to repair the minor damage it had. Everything is spotless, like new. The location is perfect, very quiet area, and close to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

This apartment is outstanding and comes with every amenity you could ask for — even a dryer, which is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views from both the master bedroom and the living room are absolutely spectacular. Frances is a wonderful host — very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Dean was very helpful in terms of check in and any needs we had during the stay. His place was beautiful in a very quiet, private community just a few steps to the beach. The view from the porch was amazing! Highly recommend Deans home.

The condo was as described and is in a great location. The views are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The little beach is great and there are many iguana around the property, much to the delight of our child. The pool was clean and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

We had a wonderful time! The place was exactly as pictured, clean and had great views! The activities and pool were only a short walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely recommend staying at Stephen’s place!

Great Airbnb experience, all around. Alvin is a fantastic host -- almost like a concierge. He's super responsive and set us up with great ground transportation -- which took us to some beautiful waterfalls on the way from Arenal and also took us grocery shopping. The property is beautiful and quiet. Quite good snorkeling. Highly recommended.

The place was comfortable, had a great view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurant. Quiet peaceful beach for early morning and evening walks.

If you are looking for a wonderful condo, in a scenic and relaxing location with access to a little adventure, this is the right place for you. Playa Flamingo is a quiet and beautiful beach with both big and small waves depending on the time of the day. This condo community is also quiet while offering so many amenities. The staff are amazing and you never have to fight for chairs. The salt water pools and beach are just steps away from your condo. Dania is the perfect host. She planned our airport transportation, golf cart rental, surf lessons, fishing charter, and waterfall hike. Everyone was there (even early) when she said they would be. Costs were upfront. Dania really made this the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Better than an all inclusive in my opinion. Rent a golf cart and easily access restaurants and grocery stores. Food prices are high in the area. We have 2 kids, 12 and 15 years old, and all four of us can't stop talking about what a wonderful vacation we had.

A stunning property! Upon opening the door we were in awe of the beautiful view and house amenities. While the kitchen, main bedroom and main bed outdoor deck are the biggest highlights is this property…the entire home was perfect for a family of four and we were impressed by all areas. Comfy linens, upscale appliances, spotless surroundings and kind condo staff are just some of the reasons this stay was one of our best of all time. The town of Playa del Coco is within minutes, the black sand beach feels private and pools/restaurant are great. I consider our family particular and this house didn’t disappoint. We can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED Casa Besito! The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Ray was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We also appreciated that he sent us a list of local recommendations. We tried many of them and loved them all. The condo is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, but having a rental car was helpful to explore places outside of the Flamingo Marina area. We were able to book catamaran snorkeling tour that left right out of the marina. It truly was the perfect location! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

I truly cannot say enough about both our incredible hosts and the beautiful home. Nathalie was the most amazing host. Responsive, helpful, proactive with recommendations, assisted with all of our needs, and was just an incredibly kind human. As for the home, truly, the pictures do not do it justice. Probably one of the, if not the most gorgeous place I've ever stayed. I'm so grateful for our time at Casa Bö.

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

This place was truly amazing. The house has a beautiful ocean view and was very comfortable. All the AC units worked well, which was welcomed on the hot nights. We also enjoyed the pool to cool off on hot days and the hammocks to relax after a long day! The house was very clean and secure, and the WiFi was very fast which was welcomed for movie nights. I appreciated the extra neighborhood security, they were very nice and we felt safe. Crystal was very responsive and detailed in instructions for arrival and departure. The one thing I might recommend, is adding a few beach chairs to take down to playa Negra! Thanks again Crystal, we will certainly be back!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning place! We loved having beach access right outside. Hearing the waves at night right outside our windows. Flor was so attentive and her food was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend ordering from her menu if you want amazing Costa Rican food. This was such a beautiful, unique stay.

This place is the perfect spot on the beach! You feel pampered as soon as you arrive at The Palms. Amazing staff, beautiful condo, breathtaking beach. We loved the pool and even enjoyed it during the afternoon rain showers. The condo has a great location and is an easy walk to the local restaurant CoCo LoCo. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and the kitchen is extremely well stocked, even had a cheese grater and salad spinner! I highly recommend getting a massage and just taking a day to relax and enjoy The Palms.
