Dit betreft een volledig alleenstaande woning op het zelfde stuk grond als onze huidige verblijfplaats. De recent gerenoveerde woning is uniek door zijn ligging (op een boogscheut van Gent), omgeving (in een oase van rust en groen) en door zijn karakter (een landelijke woning met alle toebehoren). Bovendien bevinden wij ons hier in een prachtige fiets en wandelroute en op 5 minuten van de Leie. Cultuur is hier ook aanwezig op wandelafstand. Denk maar aan het Kasteel van Ooidonk.

The location is close to the highway which you can hear outside. The studio is very spacious and located under the roof and can be reached via the outside stairs.
