The cottage was part of the farm of my grand-father. First floor : kitchen, dining and living rooms and on the second floor: sleeping room and bathroom. Wifi and Netflix are available. The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. For those looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. You are here in the middle of nature with acres of forest in the back garden. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatic trailer, I know the forest in the backyard on my thumbs up. I can recommend every walking and hiking lover to "get lost" there. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

a beautifully finished apartment with all the comforts. in the middle of cozy center, we walked in the evening in 5 minutes to a cozy cafe. apartment is quiet, slept wonderfully on good beds. Brand new, everything new and tastefully decorated. We stayed for 1 night, but the apartment lends itself to a longer stay to explore the area. Highly recommended!

We just added a new place on our list of places we wanna go back. The apartment is squeakily clean, bathroom spotless with everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furniture. You could live there extensively without missing a thing. We also appreciate big time that Ricarda put at our disposal a high chair and cutlery for our daughter. And also lots of water toys that made her very happy. We highly recommend Ricarda’s place and we hope to get back with the first occasion.

The time in Olivier's accommodation was super great. We were there with our children, the grandchildren and our little Cocker Spaniel for a weekend. Everything worked out great, the house is super nice, very clean and very nicely located, the beds are very comfortable. We used the very large, very beautiful garden to play. Jacuzzi is perfect. We didn't use the sauna because of the temperatures. We grilled every evening on the huge grill. We also had a perfect weekend thanks to the beautiful house. At the end of our time, we all agreed that this was not our last vacation with Olivier.

Our one night stay at Sabines place was incredible - the last night of a 10 day babymoon across Europe with our dog :) The place is absolutely stunning, we both gasped as we drove in the drive! The grounds are immaculately kept and the apartment itself was spotless with so many beautiful features. The whole place feels so spacious but still homely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and pinball machine. We cooked dinner in the kitchen which had all the utensils etc and had a fantastic peaceful nights sleep. We will definitely be back and recommending Sabine’s place to all our friends and family :)
