Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Our 78m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment in the 2nd St. of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but it can accommodate two more people well.
