Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

This cozy House is located on top of the Gunks a few miles away from Minnewaska State Park main entry. House is facing State forest and is a perfect getaway from hectic city life. The space has been carefully redesigned with a lot of details for guests to enjoy the stay. We are very serious about the cleaning/laundry process. Fast internet, complimentary high quality coffee and tea, natural body wash/shampoo. There are good restaurants, wineries, farms and great outdoor activities around.

Lovely patios overlooking acre pond nice for relaxing with a glass of wine. Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub on request. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.
