Frank was very responsive to an AC issue we thought was a problem but turned out was user error. He had many items for us to use in the kitchen, restrooms and pool area. Great stay!

I loved staying here and will definitely be checking for availability the next time I visit Delray! It was perfect for a 1-2 person getaway & I really did feel like I was in a treehouse.

Rick and Patricia were very kind and accommodating. The place was excellent! Spotless, comfortable, perfect for a family visit. The beach being within a very short walk was amazing, as was the backyard pool!

We had a wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations! Everything was meticulously clean! The house had all the necessities you can possibly think of and even more. The communication with the host was excellent. Quick to respond, open to any needs (we needed the mop, it was delivered to us the next day). The location is superb! Close to nice restaurants, stores, beach, etc. Also the neighborhood is very quiet! Our kids are already begging us to go back! And we hope to be back next year!! Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy house with a private pool! The space was perfect for our family, and the kids had a blast. The house is well-maintained, comfortable, and the pool was a huge hit with everyone. It felt like a true home away from home. We really appreciated the peaceful location—it was the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly spot!

First off, Michael was very responsive when the tub handle was off in the primary bathtub (amazing tub by the way). Plumber came out and fixed it the next day. Michael is quick to respond and very helpful. Will say the surrounding area is for sure older and a little run down but it’s close and convenient to the beach, restaurants (7 minute drive or less) and convenient to Boca Raton where my family is. Now for the house. It was perfect. In total we had 3 adults, a 3 year old and 5 month old. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house is clean and beautiful inside. The primary shower and tub were top notch. The backyard is perfect. The pool is great and the hut is awesome to relax in at night. Small detail but the TVs are all large, great TVs in each bedroom, great touch. All in all, I will 100% stay there again.

Great location, great price and great space for a party of 2! Loved the extra care taken with a bottle of wine and a few water bottles! Even a small hiccup at check in was taken care of immediately. Would def recommend and would stay again if we are in the area

Exactly as pictured! Nice and quiet immediate surroundings and also walking distance to local activities. Exceptional host - very responsive. He put alot of forethought into his guests needs ! To include a binder of local destinations and ideas! Will book again when I am next in the area !!

Robyn’s place was amazing. We booked the same day of arrival and immediately after I booked she called me to let me know everything was set and went over the commonly asked questions. The free assigned parking is right outside the unit. It is walking distance to the beach and the beach stores and a few restaurants and bars. It is very quiet. Now Robyn’s place is beautiful. The pictures are good but the in person was better. Very well decorated, lighting was good, bed was perfect and bathroom was just right. She definitely thought of every detail for any guest who stays. We also had our French bulldog with us and she was very welcoming of having him there. Highly recommend Robyn’s place and will be back when visiting the South Florida area!

Dawn’s apartment is exactly as described. It is old, but perfectly functional. The proximity to the beach, and location are both well worth the price. You have a view of the water from the living room and bedroom and a one minute walk to a beautiful beach. The hosts are immediately responsive and strive to accommodate. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time during our honeymoon. We enjoyed the fun places to eat, the stores to explore nearby and all the fun things to do in the area. Loved the hot tub, pool and beach life!!!

this was the perfect location, so close to the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! Grace was easy to work with, very responsive and took the time to go above and beyond in getting something of sentimental value mailed back to me, after I had forgotten it during our stay. can't recommend this cozy little place enough:)

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Everything was as pictured and described. Great experience. Easy walk to the beach.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
