We found the welcome drink and the chocolate particularly sweet. After the long bike ride, just the right thing on arrival. The wheels were safely behind the fence. The nearby street was not audible with earplugs, especially since it was Sunday ;) who can say "I woke up 15 meters from the Elbe". We enjoyed it!

The accommodation is something special, as it is an elaborately renovated farmhouse. But it has also remained a farmhouse and is in the middle of nature. Therefore, you should not be afraid of insects, etc. For us, it was just the right change without having to sacrifice the comfort of a great bath and good beds. Nice that Viky got something like that. We felt very comfortable with 10.

Gorgeous little cabin in the woods, well-equipped, super clean, friendly and accommodating hosts. A great place for a weekend getaway.

We had a fantastic time in Janov! The house was perfect for our group of 7 – very clean, cozy and well equipped. Everyone felt completely comfortable. The location is fantastic and ideal for excursions in nature. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Have a great stay. We were warmly received. It's a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and tidy. The cottage has a large fenced garden. We were traveling with our dog.

We stayed with 7 friends at Janas place easily and comfortably. Upon entering the premises we immediately were stunned by its remote and peaceful character. Jana managed to convert this traditional farmers cottage with a few targeted and tasteful interventions into a simple but exceptional holiday home. It’s a perfect hideout away from the noise of the city!

Neat accommodation, good base for fun day trips in Bohemian Switzerland and a city trip to Prague.

Great place! Loved the sauna and the fireplace, the bed was really comfortable and it was so relaxing to be in nature. Only recommendation, It has a Nespresso machine but no stores nearby sold pods so if you're a coffee fan I'd suggest bringing your own pods! We had a brilliant trip

Jan's house was a good starting point for exploring experiences on the Czech-German border. We felt at home there. In addition, we were only a short walk (5 min) from the center of Ślunkova, where you could eat, drink beer and walk in the castle park.

We were 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend in the accommodation. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped (coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults had many opportunities to sit together comfortably. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

Great place very close to the National Parks in Czech Republic and Germany. The place can accomodate up to 10 people. Lovely terrace and garden. The swimming pool is a nice addition in summer. I have to mention the great BBQ place because we used it a lot. The house is quite old but it was renovated and it has all of the necessary utensils inside. Definitely recommended!

We were a motorcycle group of 4 people. Jiri's house was super clean, the check-in is via a key box, so you are super flexible with the check-in. Juri lives directly opposite and is always available and super accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the location super quiet. And you can end the evenings on the covered terrace. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back if we do a tour again. Thanks Jiri.

Beautiful location on the hill, quiet. You can hike directly from the property. The place itself is super equipped like a home, everything is really there, down to the ice cube machine and really good sound system.

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.

It’s a perfect city escape place with a sauna looking over the huge wild field and forest, even couple of wild animals were spotted! Beautiful garden like in my childhood and a small lake. The house has everything you need: from baking oven to outside grill. Owner is very helpful and easy communicate to, instructions were gives very clear.

We liked the stay very much and we were very satisfied. We wanted to enjoy the time spent in nature and in a cozy cottage. And it met the expectations. We didn't take the dry toilet and cold shower as a minus but as an adventure. It was the same when we went to the adjacent forest to get wood to heat the fireplace. Which was very nice. In the cottage you will find everything you need and if you are not a wimp, you will be able to sleep with a mosquito buzzing in your ear. The biggest minus for me is the swing on the tree, which was only missing to be even higher so that we could enjoy it even more 🙂

The reservation was made on the day of arrival, the owner responded immediately. The accommodation was clean, the couch unexpectedly comfortable. Great location close to nature and shops and restaurants.

All as described! Very suitable for short stays, even our dog felt very comfortable. Not for longer vacations, as it lacks a bit of comfort. Otherwise, everything was great, we did not see or write to the landlord (Marek) for the whole 3 days... but it was also not necessary because everything was as announced and described.

We had a wonderful time at Zuzanas place. It was very relaxing with a comfortable bed, very nice bubble bath and a sauna. Zuzana was very hospitable and helped us with everything we needed. All in all a perfect stay.

The place was very close to nature and the host was super nice. He took time to show us everything and he was easily accessible at any time, the surroundings were very very nice and you could do a lot.

We really liked this place. In a beautiful environment. The lady of the house is very pleasant and helpful. We didn't stay long, but we were extremely satisfied. Thank you so much and we recommend.
