Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

There were three of us in the accommodation to visit friends in Karystos. It was all fine. A beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain, about seven minutes by car to Karystos, which is required for Euboea. The beds were very comfortable, the location very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We would like to book it again soon. :-)

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

we loved the house. very unique, peaceful and authentic. located in a small village, feels very homey. the host is lovely, they made an extra effort to accommodate us. the house was clean, well organised, and they left some snacks, milk and all cooking ingredients available for us. we highly recommend it. please pay attention to the description, you need to walk and carry your luggage from the car. not a problem for us. area is wonderful. very special vacation spot.

From the time she was a little girl, I told my granddaughter I wanted to take her to Skopelos and now, 20 years later, I returned with her to this beautiful island. We could not have been happier with our stay at Dimitri's House. We loved being up in the village, not too far from the port, in a neighborhood of traditional houses. For five days, we lived in this lovely, beautifully restored, well-appointed home. Axis was always good about communicating with me, had helpful suggestions for things to do and places to go and even arranged to have a taxi waiting for us when our Flying Dolphin had to come into a different port because of rough seas. Since he was unable to meet us, he had a local friend meet us to take us to the house. It was very clean, and it had everything one might need. If you don't mind walking, having a wonderful dinner at a lovely garden restaurant close by, enjoying your coffee or wine out on a little deck, hearing church bells on Sunday, this is the place for you!

Very nice accommodation and excellent host

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

Great location, very responsive and accommodating host. They'll take you to the airport as finding a Uber is not easy there! They even offered to drive us to Schinias beach because one of the bikes had a flat. It was actually close enough for a nice walk on the beach to get back to the place, with just a few rocks at the end. Restaurants around are delicious. 100% recommended.

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Beautiful and well-kept apartment in a nice and lively village. However, it is difficult to reach for the disabled by taking quite a few steps to get to the apartment.

Great host, near the city center and beautiful luxury apartment

Maria was such a kind host, immediately made us feel welcome. We had a little mishap when we arrived and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. Her dinner recommendation was the best experience we had in Greece. The apartment is adorable and the view is to die for!

Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Revital was amazing, provided great recommendations and always responsive. The breakfast basket was delicious, so much food and so fresh. Highly recommend this location.

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

Matina and Kosta’s place was even more beautiful than the photos would indicate! The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the location is so peaceful and feels really safe. The villa itself is great with lots of light opportunities and balconies, and the pool was really great - felt very big and again had great views. The only challenge is getting to the villa: against Matinas advice we decided not to get a hire car as we were only there for a couple of days, however taxis were really expensive because the road to the villa is mountainous and isolated. However the taxi driver that Matina put us in contact with was really available which was helpful. Therefore if you are staying longer than a couple of days a hire car is a must, and just be aware the road is quite challenging and steep. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would love to come again to enjoy these beautiful views!

This place is as lovely as it looks in the photos! Breathtaking views, lots of space and great for a family or friends who want a place to hang out together and view beautiful Skopelos! As noted by other reviews, the only downside is getting to this location - not for the faint of heart! Very narrow, winding road on a cliff side with no barrier for most of the journey. It’s ok if you are traveling during daylight and in good weather; I would not drive this at night or in rainy conditions. But once you arrive, this house is worth the journey! The hosts are also really helpful and responsive, providing us with connections to get a rental car and great restaurant recommendations!

A fantastic stay. Easily the biggest and best pool we've ever had the pleasure of swimming in. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of space, bedrooms nice and big and the mattresses are superb and comfortable. We felt right at home and the access is brilliant and parking inside a secure gate was effortless and secure. Ziria is a very sweet Greek Village with a couple of Tavernas, pharmacy and mini market. Air con was spot on and it really was a lovely stay. 8 Guests could easily stay and no get in each others way, the outdoor space was lovely and that's what Greek living is all about.
