We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

Jacob’s place was a great choice for me and my dogs. There is a nice size yard for the dogs. The house is charming and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is quiet, with sidewalks and very walkable. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

This was a wonderful location for our extended family to spend some time together. The host was very responsive to any concerns and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful house for our family vacation. Kids loved the amenities and it was conveniently located to everything planned to do in Detroit.

We were blown away by the size of the fenced backyard!! It was a clean well maintained space with lots of shade.. My dogs absolutely loved hanging out there!! The place was clean, as described and stocked with everything you can imagine needing!! It was also nice to have a few things in refrigerator and freezer for breakfast. Would 100% stay again!! 5/5 🐾

I was impressed with the hosts especially their willingness to accommodate my timing needs. They were polite, respectful, responsive, flexible, and understanding. I will be sure to have them host me again in the future.

What a great spot! It was perfect for our visit to Michigan. Centrally located and a super easy, 20 minute drive from the airport., the rental is decorated super cute and was really comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the throws that were soft and warm. The tall ceilings and wide hallways give it lovely, spacious feeling. The immediate area has some great restaurants and other fun shops. We really loved Hyperion Coffee and the Ypsilanti Co-op market next door. My husband kept mentioning how nice everyone was that we saw while exploring! If we ever find ourselves in need of a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely return.

A great place to stay when visiting Royal Oak area! Had elderly family members with us and the 2 main floor bedrooms were ideal. Plenty of space and a nice backyard to hang out in. Matthew was a great host and very responsive. 5 stars all around!

We had a great stay at Darin's place. Location was perfect for traveling back and forth to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Home was very spacious and clean with great Wi-Fi connection and multiple TV's. Would definitely stay at Darin's place again!

Rochelle’s place is better than advertised, not to mention how pleasant she is!!! Her place was is extremely clean and you can tell she cares about the guests that will stay there. From top to bottom she does not miss. My family was here from Alabama and needed a last minute stay and Rochelle came through for us. Every family member wanted to leave a review for her. I’m definitely going to always check here first for availability whenever we need a place. True definition of SUPERHOST!!!!!
