We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Beautiful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! Golf course and forest are nearby! Nice villages within 5 km such as Langweer and Joure. You are at the edge of the forest with hiking trails and a golf course.

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers party takes place on the nearby site, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. Spend the night in a historic building in the middle of the cozy restaurants and shops near the old Lemster harbour. In the upper floor of the beautiful "Andringa State" you will find a modern studio and 2 spacious bedrooms. The front bedroom offers views over the harbour. The rear bedroom and studio offer access to the spacious roof terrace. Booking for 2 people is based on use of 1 bedroom and studio. Booking for 3 or 4 people is based on use of both bedrooms and studio.

The apartment is located in the middle of the bustling village street of Langweer on the first floor above our design studio. It features a spacious living room with a luxurious kitchen (and island), two fine bedrooms with private bathroom. The entire apartment is decorated with tasteful furniture adjoining our design style. Many nice sights are steps away: the harbor is around the corner, nice restaurants, beautiful villages, beautiful nature, cities, shops and culture.

This cozy apartment is located right on Makkum Beach. From the sunny balcony you have a view of the lake and the cozy boulevard. The center of Makkum is 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk from the property. Really everything is at hand for the perfect vacation: surf/sailing schools, the cruise boat, cycling and walking routes, beach tents, the charming center of Makkum and of course the beautiful sunset! The apartment has private parking and storage for bicycles.
