Condo vacation rentals in Daytona Beach Shores

This was our second time staying in Kelly’s place and I’m sure we’ll be back! She’s the perfect host, condo is great, location to pool and beach can’t be beat!

We had a lovely stay, and have stayed at several different condos in the past 10 yrs, glad to finally fine one that met our needs perfectly. We will be back next year

From the time of check in, Naum treated us very friendly and was responsive to any questions we had. His place was just as he decribed it to be. And the views from our deck were beautiful. The sunrise every morning to start the day off right was great. His place was well stocked and included beach items and kitchen and bath items. Truly a great place to visit and we would definately go back. Thanks a bunch Naum for being a great host!

Simona and Anna's place was absolutely perfect for our needs! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-stocked it was with everything we could possibly need, and it was also super clean throughout. The amazing view from the property was a constant source of enjoyment, offering a beautiful backdrop to our entire stay. We truly had a wonderful experience and will definitely be looking to stay there again whenever we're in the area and it's available. We can't recommend it enough!

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

I have stayed at many air bnbs and have never met a more welcoming host, very kind woman. You can tell she really wants you to be comfortable in this beautiful unit she equipped with every amenity. Very nice and quiet non public beach access on a part of the beach that isn’t so crowded. I enjoyed everything about this place, i will be back.

I want to Thank Steve for being an excellent host. This 8th floor unit met all of my expectations.. The view of the ocean was awesome. Pool was great and the unit had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Daytona Beach Shores! Staylah has an exceptional team—communication was clear and timely from the moment we booked through the end of our trip. Upon arrival, we had a small hiccup locating the temporary parking pass, but Camilo responded right away and quickly resolved the issue. The unit itself is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated with modern lighting, fixtures, and appliances. You can tell care and attention went into making the space comfortable and stylish. One of our favorite parts was the view—overlooking the Halifax River with a clear view of the Speedway in the distance. It was a peaceful and unique bonus that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely love to stay again!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

OMG, if there was a 12-star rating system, I’d give this place an absolute 12! Everything was beyond our expectations. The photos were nice, but they don’t do the place justice when you step inside. It was super clean, secure, and very accommodating in every way. Marianela’s place made us feel like our second home! She went above and beyond, taking care of every need and making sure we didn’t miss a thing. The night before our check-in, she even reached out to ask our morning coffee preferences and made sure they were ready for us when we arrived. You won’t have to buy anything, not even beach equipment! She has everything you could possibly need. The beach was right there, and it took us only 5-7 minutes to walk there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and watching the sunrise on the beach is a must! Maranela also gave us a list of all the cool places to visit, restaurants, and shops in the area. This is now our go-to beach get away from now on!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Sea Coast Gardens III I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach since the 1970s, and Sea Coast Gardens III continues to impress. The recent updates to the property are fantastic—everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The location is unbeatable with direct beach access and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A great mix of nostalgia and modern comfort. We’ll be back!

Loved everything about the Airbnb! It was super clean had to access to three pools, and the host was so communicative! Definitely stay here again!

Jeff's place was great. Me and my husband were on our honeymoon. The place was great. The bar and grill was great. The beach was steps away from the resort. The pool and the vibe there was great. The indoor pol was closed though. But would definitely stay here again. We wasn't ready to leave.

I made a last second reservation with Anthony and everything went very well. Anthony’s description, pictures and information about the unit were spot on. He communicated very well and was responsive to any question I had. Everything in the unit worked well and is in good shape. The beach view from the unit is very nice and relaxing. I didn’t go in the newly renovated pool , but a lot of people were using it and the beach. The location is close to most anything you need and a lot are walkable. The available covered parking was very nice also as I rode a motorcycle down. I would definitely consider booking this unit again on future trips to. Daytona. I also. Requested a little later check out than normal and Anthony graciously agreed. I very much appreciated that.

Jill’s place was perfect for me. It has a full kitchen and enough space to cook. It had all the essentials for a home chef. It’s was relaxing and quiet. I love the covered and secure garage parking.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo made us feel right at home, we had everything we needed! The host was very responsive to my questions. Will be back again for sure!

Petri was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Ashley was awesome as well. The condo is very nice with subtle added touches. The view was amazing and the beach was not crowded! Both elevators work now and the pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back!

The condo decor, floor plan, cleanliness, amenities, and views exceeded our expectations!! The beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were very convenient and helpful for our days on the beach. 10th floor location was quiet with breathtaking views. The condo building was very secure with passcodes required for access to the garage, main entrance, and from the beach. Outdoor balcony was larger than expected and comfortably fit four chairs and a side table. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Barry was great about communicating and answering all of our questions from before booking until the end of our trip. His home was very clean and we were able to find everything easily. The condo was modern and the outside patio furniture was a nice touch. He left very detailed instructions that were easy to follow for check in and check out which was very helpful. The pool and hot tub was very nice and we had it mostly to ourselves. The beach was also not too crowded! The condo itself is in a quiet area of town and the other tenants were quiet and respectful. We never heard any neighbors next to us or even above us. An issue came up with closed beach access due to construction and Barry made us aware right away. The city shut down access and you now have to walk 7ish minutes or drive to the beach. It was completely out of his control but he was kind enough to offer us cancellation or compensation. After the construction is finished this would 100% be the ideal place to stay!
