Condo vacation rentals in Daytona Beach

We had such a wonderful stay at Cody’s place while we were in town for Rockfest! From the very beginning, Cody was an incredible host—he stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and even had some thoughtful decorations waiting for us when we arrived. It really made us feel welcome. The condo itself is absolutely charming—super clean, cozy, and with a stunning view of the ocean. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises each morning was a highlight of our trip. We felt right at home and completely relaxed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Daytona, and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks, Cody, for helping make our weekend so special!

The condo is fantastic and in a great location. Oceanfront balcony that wraps around to pool side. Table and chairs outside for dining or coffee options. Great sitting area inside that looks out at the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and supplied coffee. Cooking pans, utensils, appliances, spices, and dishes. A quick trip across the street to Publix and we had everything needed to cook a meal. Best part was going out on the balcony to eat. Better view than any of the restaurants! The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice touch so you don't have to pack so much. Washer and dryer with laundry soap made it convenient so we did not have to travel home with wet beach clothes. Also had beach chairs and towels. Stasia was very good at communicating clear instructions about how and when to check in/out. She checked on us once we settled in to see if we needed anything. Great condo and host!!

Jeff's place was great. Me and my husband were on our honeymoon. The place was great. The bar and grill was great. The beach was steps away from the resort. The pool and the vibe there was great. The indoor pol was closed though. But would definitely stay here again. We wasn't ready to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay in South Daytona. Know the area pretty well so it was a trip down memory lane for us which we really enjoyed. Condo was quite dark on entry but there were two light bulbs missing which we quickly replaced. Not much to complain about apart from that. Made good use of the balcony most mornings then out all day after that. Sat out again in the evenings as we are outside people. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this Florida resort! We booked the room same-day and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. The location was perfect—we could walk to so many places, and the beach access was amazing. There was a parking garage to park in so that was a plus also. I especially loved the water slide, lazy river, and relaxing on the pool deck. I liked how these were included with our stay and you get a wristband. We also enjoyed the peaceful time on the balcony with an ocean view. We had a great view of the sunrise. I enjoyed the time at the resort very much so. Highly recommend staying here! P.S. The food at the pool bar was spectacular (the burger was my favorite!)

There was so much for everyone to do! We very much enjoyed ourselves! So many extra amenities like pool, tennis, basketball, swimming. Not to mention being on the 22nd floor facing North West we had the most perfect views all around! If you don’t want to leave there is a great restaurant in the building!

Working with Dennis and his team was so incredibly easy to work with! Every time we had a question Dennis and his team was right there to answer it. Made the trip have no worries about staying at their place. Im looking forward to coming back and working with Dennis and his teams and staying in their units!! I’m Very satisfied !

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Walk. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Margie was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Probably the best experience I have had with a host! Cathy and Rick were amazing , caring, and family oriented giving us the best possible experience in one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve stayed in to date! I would use them again and again and again! I look forward to the next stay at this condo!

We were in town for a graduation at Embry Riddle, location was good and near groceries and restaurants. View is amazing day and night! We had an assigned parking space which was nice. Very private and elevators had no wait times. This is a very unique building. We did not use the pool area or beach due to weather but we did go downstairs and play ping pong. We were here two days so not much time to explore. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was great! The pictures accurately portray the condo. Very spacious! It was a great area. We like to drive down to the beach and there was a ramp close! Not too crowded but still had plenty of people around! The owners were very responsive and friendly. Our kids loved the pool.

I want to Thank Steve for being an excellent host. This 8th floor unit met all of my expectations.. The view of the ocean was awesome. Pool was great and the unit had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot to stay. The building has a cute little Tiki bar with fun and professional employees. Felt very safe which is important to me. Unit was extremely clean and had a lovely view. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach.

OMG... Mark's place is amazing! we had such a great time. Mark is very helpful, professional, and responsive. The location was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. The residents at this building are very friendly and kind. This location is very peaceful and quite but in driving distance to all the action. This is definitely going to be our go to condo for future Daytona trips.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful, the beach was right in front of you the pool was amazing 10ft and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. But what really stood out was the responses from Daniel and his lovely Wife. They were so sweet, welcoming, and supportive. Answered all my questions within the hour, allowed us to check in early, and check out late. They were the absolute best HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

This is a hidden treasure in Flagler Beach. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and this place is a gem! Waking up to the ocean sunrise is unforgettable. The house is pristine, and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the big couch to watch a movie, and reading on the deck. The wine was just what this teacher/momma needed after a busy school year! Our beach day was such a breeze because the walk over is literally just across the street! It is on a peaceful part of the beach. The Tommy Bahama chairs were so light to carry on your back and so comfortable! They had everything you might need- we literally only packed toothbrushes, swimsuits and clothes! We had perfect summer Florida weather, and even used the fire pit on our last night. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Next Door Bistro and went bought ice cream twice at The Waffle Cone (Captain butterscotch is not to be missed). The beds are cozy & comfortable. The bedding was top-tier (and I am picky about sheets!) A+

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

Petri was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Ashley was awesome as well. The condo is very nice with subtle added touches. The view was amazing and the beach was not crowded! Both elevators work now and the pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back!
