The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

We are within 10 miles of the Clarion river and cook forest state park. Downtown Clarion and Brookville are within 7 miles and offer lots of local and franchise dining options. 4 Wheel drive is a must in the winter months.
