The studio apartment Maks 2 is 28 m2 and can accommodate up to two people. The space is an open space and consists of a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a small freezer. The apartment has air conditioning and underfloor heating. It is equipped with bed linen and towels. The entrance to the apartment is from the back of the building, from the common terrace and has a view of the Osijek Co-Cathedral.

You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.
