Beachfront vacation rentals in Dauphin Island

My husband and I took our daughter & her friend here for her 12th birthday. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. This location was much quieter than our usual stay along the main strip, which made for a more relaxing experience after a full day of activities. An easy drive to all the main attractions/restaurants. We would definitely recommend, and would absolutely stay here again!

Cute condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo has a great balcony with chairs so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset. Resort has multiple pools and is located right on the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach, the guys come around every 2 hours and adjust your umbrella so you always have plenty of shade. Tons of parking spaces, there’s also an elevator just down the hall from the condo. There is a shared small laundry room in the building so you can wash beach towels etc if needed. Make sure you eat at Jesse’s on the Bay, it’s spectacular!

This beach house is great for a big family! A small private pool is perfect for hanging out, just a block from the beach with water and beach views! Our family loved it and we hope to do it again!

The stay was great! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Adam communicated all the information we needed answered all questions promptly. The only negative was the elevator in the building only had 2 elevators and one was not working. When leaving I had to wait over 40 minutes. I had to eventually be very rude and push my way in. I texted Adam telling him that I didn't know if I was going to be able to check out on time due to the wait on the elevator. He text right back saying it was ok if we were a little late.

The house was beautiful with everything needed for our vacation! The kids played in the pool every day along with walking and playing at the beach. There’s a couple restaurants close by and we prefer the quiet atmosphere in Fort Morgan over the Gulf Shores crowds. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at Kevin's place. The accommodations were very nice and efficient. We love the grounds at Plantation Shores and enjoyed the choices of pools to choose from. The beach was never too crowded and we love the family friendly environment found in the Fort Morgan area. We would recommend #1167 to anyone and would be happy to return for another getaway as soon as possible!

We had a great time! The balcony view in the pics were the selling point for me and when we arrived it did not disappoint! The water pressure in the shower was an unexpected plus! It was amazing! We had a great experience on our first Airbnb booking! We will definitely stay at Jetta’s next time!

Comfortable and clean. Stocked with everything we needed plus little extras like spices, sugar and coffee creamer. Sheets and linens were clean but not heavily scented which is very much appreciated since I’m very sensitive to smells. Great access to the beautiful beach. Lydia was quick to respond to all of my emails and was able to get the unit ready for us a little early on the day of check in. The unit was perfect for us.

Exactly as pictured. If you want something quieter with less crowded beaches, this is it! Perfect for 2, but could accommodate 4, especially if they are kids. Quiet surroundings, a short walk just past the pools to the water. Elliot is suoer helpful and quick to answer any questions. Check in was simple. My husband and I have stayed in places all over the Gulf, ranging from super high end, to plain and simple and everything in between. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Laura's condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything better! The location was perfect and the beach was clean, the outdoor pool was clean and warm and there was an indoor pool and hot tub as well (we didn't use but it seemed to be clean). The condo itself was beautiful, clean and extremely well equiped. Our favorite ammenity was the beach toy closet, it had EVERYTHING we would've never thought to have but came in handy for the beach and pool. She even equiped beach towels which we forgot to bring. There was also charcoal for the grills in the beach closet which was nice. Our absolute favorite thing to do was crab hunting at night and there was a few flashlights in the condo but no batteries so we used our phone flashlights. The communication from Laura was top notch!! We had no issues to report but she made sure to keep us well informed. There is nothing I could think to recommend because it was all covered very well.

This place was perfect! Great proximity to the beach, especially considering it is a pet-friendly home. And, close to town if we needed anything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach was not the least bit crowded, and we had beautiful weather. We loved the layout of the house and how spacious it is. Plenty of everything for comfort and for a home away from home! The instructions were clear and posted in multiple places. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again and again! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

We loved our stay at Sean‘s place! The pictures do not do it justice! We loved having four bedrooms with a king size bed in each! There is a full bathroom on the main floor and bath upstairs with a clawfoot tub, sink and toilet and a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has all the pots, pans utensils and dishes you will need! We loved having the dock so close to the house and the relaxing porch with the hot tub! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. The West End Beach is just a few minutes drive by car. It is the most accessible beach on the island with bathrooms. We highly recommend getting shrimp steamed with potatoes, corn, and sausage from Skinners! This house was so conveniently located. We definitely recommend it.

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

Fort Morgan is the place to go to get away from all the hustle and bustle of gulf shores but still being able to enjoy the area. A short walk to the gulf was no struggle for the family. The pier made early morning fishing a breeze!

Absolutely gorgeous beach house, steps from the beach. Less of a walk to the beach than any condo bldg we have ever stayed in. Perfect location, out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. My son loved the putt putt course under the house. Two outdoor showers were a tremendous plus. Gorgeous beach view from inside and outside of the house. Huge deck for family lounging. Perfect neighborhood!! House and Beach are both dog friendly which made our vacation so much less stressful. Roseanne was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure the house was as described!! Definitely saving this one for our next trip to the gulf shores/fort Morgan area!

This place was so cute and felt just like home! Our host was easy to communicate with about anything we needed! There was an abundance of extra things to use as we pleased!

Perfect Fairhope Staycation! We are Fairhope locals, but wanted to stay on the bay for a fun getaway. This cottage is just as described: clean, comfortable, and right on the water. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, and having drinks with friends on the covered pier. The house was well-equipped with the bedding and linens being especially comfortable. The house’s location was very quiet, allowing for a few restful evenings. Perfect place for a couple or four adults to enjoy the best of Mobile Bay. Just be aware that you are 15-20 minutes from downtown— what we were looking for, but may not be for everyone!

We stayed here for 4 days and this house was perfect for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was quick and convenient. I feel like the pictures didn't do this cute place much justice. The house was clean and very well stocked. The one thing I would say is, if you are planning to cook alot, I'd bring 1 or 2 more pans. Other than that, they had alot more than I expected. The back patio was awesome. Had good shade and beautiful view to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the pillows in the master room are the most comfortable pillows to sleep on. I also enjoyed how cold the AC was, especially in the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!
