The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

We offer two fully, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
