Modern apartment on the Haard

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

About 2 km to the Ickern market. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Parties and overnight stays by other people are expressly not permitted and will lead to the immediate termination of the rental agreement

The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.
