My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

The space itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, blending comfort and style effortlessly. The location was unbeatable—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

We stayed overnight at Homer’s place and we felt right at home. Homer personally welcomed us and was always responsive to all our communication. The place looks so new and modern and we did not have any problem at all finding it.

This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever used in Manila. The guest was so kind and the explanation was perfect, and he could speak Korean, so he had no communication problems. The bedding was so convenient, the terrace was nice and the view was nice. There was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient to use and the SM mall was close, so it was good to shop. The only bad thing is that it’s little difficult to take a grap. I'm planning to visit here again next time. See you soon Joseph

Stayed at Casa Calivil for the second time around. Mikha and Jeric, the hosts who became our friends and dear financial advisors, exerted effort to surprise us with a thoughtful gift. I was with my husband and daughter. We absolutely love the ambiance of the place that’s why we came back. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I booked this place for my mom and her partner, Andreas, and they absolutely loved how cozy and tidy the room was. For their month-long stay, all the necessary appliances for their daily routines were available in the unit. No hassle and stress. Also, guards and staffs of the building were friendly. The host was also responsive and quick to assist whenever needed regarding the amenities. I’m confident they’ll book this unit again next year. Thank you so much host for accomodating us! ☺☺

Place to relax and its not crowded

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

Wonderful Staycation Experience 10/10! We had such a great time during our stay at this condo! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing quick getaway. The location was perfect close to sm sucat which is very convenient. Check-in was smooth, and our host was very responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free staycation. Would love to come back again! ❤️

Daren’s place was compact, private, and clean—exactly what I needed to focus and get some work done. The location is convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store at the nearby Shell station and a great Persian restaurant right in the building. Daren was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

We had a great and relaxing stay at Charie’s place—highly recommended! She was very responsive to all our queries. Charie patiently answered our questions and made sure we had the correct instructions, especially when we accidentally entered the wrong passcode. We stayed here for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean unit. Fast internet. Lots of restaurants available because it’s right across Southwoods mall. The check-in was easy and accommodation is in a very safe area. Joseph, the co-host was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely book this place again in the future.
