Waterfront vacation rentals in Dartmouth

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

We had such an amazing stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable with the place. Carolyn was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. Shout out Ali for fixing our little problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

I had a great stay at Jennifer’s place in PVD! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. It was super easy to access and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect—close to some really fun spots, great restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this place is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Spacious, clean, and lovely apartment in great location in a beautiful town. Hosts were responsive, shower was great, and beds were comfortable, although light sleepers should know that the bedrooms are right up against the street. Loved the bike path and a lot of walk-to restaurants including SS Dion, Quito's, and Beehive Cafe.

This was a Perfect Beach Escape – Ideal Location The location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the beach and a quick walk to town, where you’ll find everything from cozy cafes to trendy shops and local restaurants. You can go from a lazy beach day to a shopping store. The house itself is a great. It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for when you want to cook up a meal. The outdoor spaces are amazing too – a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a grill, and the sound of ocean waves in the background. One of the highlights is the attention to detail. This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

This place really was a zen oasis, as described. It was peaceful, quiet and clean. The waterfront views were amazing. The space is clean and cozy and exactly as advertised. The porch overlooking the water was such a a relaxing place to chill out. Medhi was an amazing host even offering us complimentary early check in and late check out. I can't say enough great things about this stay and we will be back soon.

Fair Heaven is exactly that, a peaceful, quiet town with salty breezes, great restaurants, and the ocean at our door offers a calming surf. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Pelham Court was a great stay. Great communication for checking in and checking out as well as during our stay. Very clean! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to all the restaurants and the shops. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

We loved staying at Anil’s place!! The view of the ocean was incredible. It was so peaceful. It was a sweet loft apartment, just the right size for my husband and I. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We come to Provincetown once a year and this is our favorite accommodation yet! It’s a perfect, quiet location that is also within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!

Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
