A beautiful apartment in the center of Milan. I can highly recommend it. The check-in was very easy and straightforward, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. It also has a lovely terrace.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Mailand – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal: belebte Navigli-Kanäle fussläufig erreichbar und dennoch ruhig. Anschluss an ÖPNV 100m entfernt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Er war schnell erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out lief alles absolut reibungslos. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde die Unterkunft ohne Zögern weiterempfehlen.

Pierluca was very easy to communicate with and gave us some very helpful suggestions as well as clear instructions on how to get to the apartment with our late flight time. He very kindly left a welcome bottle of wine, which was much appreciated. It felt like a true AirBnB experience, as a home from home. The accommodation is located in a bustling neighbourhood but apartment was very quiet and felt very safe in the local area. The bed is super comfortable. Very clean, with a lovely smell to the laundry. The apartment is a little dark with minimal lighting, but you’re hardly in anyway so not really an issue apart from putting your make up on 😂. Public transport is on the doorstep, Duomo is a 15-20 minute stroll. Lots of supermarkets in the area. All in all a great place for our short trip to Milan, we would definitely return. We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, clean, and modern and it had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the Duomo, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. What really made the experience special was our host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always checking in to make sure we were okay. We truly appreciated her help and her flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. Felt very cared for 😊 thank you!

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

The team was great and the place is amazing. You could host a fashion shoot here with the incredible mix of modern and traditional. The color changing ceiling lights are an incredible addition and the projector makes for a nice movie night. They were kind enough to provide us with bath amenities and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you to everyone on the team!

La zona la conosco bene e è comoda. Ristoranti e negozi sono vicini. Metro belle vicinanze. Posto strategico sia per chi è a Milano per lavoro che per svago. Alessio è molto disponibile

Le point fort est certainement la localisation dans le quartier animé de Navigli. C’est super de s’asseoir sur le balcon avec la vue sur le canal et le petit pont! C’est un quartier plein de vie …toutefois, le bruit disparaît lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. L’animation ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. C’est facile de rejoindre le centre ville à pied ou par le tramway ou le métro. C’est aussi rapide de Milan Centrale. L’appartement est convivial, le lit est bon et il y a suffisamment d’eau chaude pour la douche.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Sono stato ospitato da Marcello nel suo splendido loft. Molto confortevole e fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità uno splendido soggiorno. La zona è molto ben fornita di servizi e di locali di ogni tipo e per tutti i gusti. Qualora dovessi aver ancora bisogno o dovrei consigliarlo non mi risparmierei nel dire che Alchemy Loft è proprio una bella realtà. Sicuramente ci tornerei se ne avessi bisogno.

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay--the space is cute and feels like a home. The location is very central, I explored all over Milan from the apartment. Finally, there was a plumbing issue at the onset of my stay and Francesco worked very hard to rectify the problem. He really cares about this space!

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment during our short visit to beautiful Milano with our two boys. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the outside porch was a lifesaver in the heat! Can’t recommend this place more 👌

5 stars – Would Book Again! Great stay overall. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was very clean, with a well-thought-out layout and clever use of space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, yet it’s just a short walk to the lively Navigli area — ideal for exploring Milan. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure — a definite plus! There was a slight damp smell, which is not unusual given the summer heat and the type of historic building, but it was mild and easily manageable. It certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to Milan.

Very helpful communicative host. Helped us to get a taxi to the train station. Very helpful in giving suggestions and even helped with dinner reservation. It was like staying in a hotel but having your own apartment. Very clean! Great location. Highly recommend!

mimi's place is right is very well located. for someone who wants to feel what its like to live in a milanese neighbour hood. fabulous restaurants close by which the host has recommended. metro and team connectivity is very close by. the building has a modern lift which is not common in milan. the hosts are super responsive and helpful. the apartment is equipped with everything u need.

Amazing place for those who value slow life, executive design and attention to the details. Great area with dozens of fine bars and restaurants. Home equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly recommend and already thinking of coming back!

El alojamiento cumple con creces tanto para una visita rápida a la ciudad cómo para una estancia más larga. Marco, el anfitrión, muy atento a la app y mucha amabilidad a la hora del check-in, puedes comunicarte con él fácilmente tanto en italiano, en español o en inglés. El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y “estratégica” si quieres visitar varios puntos de la ciudad y quieres estar “cerca” de todo en metro o tranvía.
