Situated on 5 grazing acres in a quiet culdesac nestled at the foot of the nearby D’Aguilar Mountain Range. If you like horses then you will enjoy your stay with us. Our horses are our inspiration and we invite you to come and enjoy watching the herd at rest and at play. Their stage is a rural setting so you may see wildlife visiting us at Brumbies Hollow too.

The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. In just over an hour from Brisbane you can be relaxing on the deck enjoying a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries, sitting around the fireplace or toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The homestead is only a 7 minute drive to Boonah township and on the same road and only a 3 minute drive to Kooroomba Vineyard & Lavender Farm.

Fully renovated with new furnishings including an extensive kitchenware and cookware items to help make your stay easier. The Teahouse is also fully airconditioned and heated for your comfort, no matter the weather.

Mirembe Cottage: 45 acres of peace

Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Take in the view and relax in the magnesium plunge pool, indulge in the luxuries of the local winery, restaurants, and cafes, cosy up next to your very own fireplace or take a scenic trek up to “Rocky Hole”, part of the famous D'Aguilar National Park. Sleeps 4 people, ideal for couples, for families or groups of friends.

Comfortable and cosy, cottage style accommodation with back deck and full kitchen. Our cottage also has a fireplace and 4 person spa on the deck. Come and experience the peace of country living, blanketed by the stunning night sky whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite around the open fire. We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.
