Orso Blu one-of-a-kind VIEWS in Crozet

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house is in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains with peaceful views from the front porch that include a field of lavender and a stream. A forested trail network can be accessed at the far end of the lavender field--so bring your hiking shoes. The house is stunning with clean lines, "european" design and decor that includes high-end appliances and fixtures. Francesca is the ultimate host-very friendly and helpful. She provided all the information and details on the house that you would need for an easy check-in, stay, and check-out. From my initial conversations with her when I booked the house to helpful messages just before and during our stay, I felt like I was staying at the house of an old friend. We look forward to staying at Orso Blu on a future trip!

Tangled Up in Blue Cabin w/ Hot Tub + Firepit

NikkiRating, 5 stars4 days ago
One of my fav AirBnb stays yet! Extremely clean, lots of extra amenities, very comfy beds, extremely peaceful, and just overall very well done space inside and out. Tricia was such a responsive host and seemed to genuinely care that we enjoyed the space and our stay. We just had a girls weekend up in the mountains, but as somebody who travels often with a little one, I would still definitely recommend this space for families.

A stacked washer and dryer unit is neatly positioned within a narrow closet space. The door is partially open, revealing the appliances. A hand towel on a hook is visible nearby, alongside a small trash bin on the floor.

The place was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area. Super quaint and quiet. The neighbor, Mary, from down the road even stopped by to introduce herself and let us know she's there if we need anything. Definitely recommend if you're wanting to visit Luray and/or the Shenandoah region!

Old Church Cottage Old Rag, Kitchen, Grill

CrystalRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed the house and the location. Half a mile from Graves Mountain lodge and great wineries nearby. We enjoyed using the gas grill for dinner and kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was nice at night. Our daughter enjoyed the play set and the tree swing. Evelyn was very responsive and everything was as described.

1830 Cabin 80 mi. to DC, 25 mi. to Shen. Nat’l Pk

JeffRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The cabin was amazing. I wanted a place to take my wife away for two nights to give her a place and time to relax and not worry about the everyday tasks she deals with. This was exactly the place. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There is not a single thing I would change, other than I wish it were my own private cabin. This place is that good. If you need a place to get away, reserve this. I promise you will have no regrets. There were two places I was considering and I was torn between them but I’m glad I settled on this one. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pans, dishes, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom well stocked and the entire experience was better than we could’ve hoped. We will definitely be back. If the day ever comes that the hosts sell this property, I hope I’m around. I should also add that the host was extremely responsive and kind as well. 10/10.

ParkLine Retreat - Movies, Hot Tub, Mountain views

PatrickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My son and I recently enjoyed a memorable father-son getaway at ParkLine Retreat in Stanley, Virginia, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cabin itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We spent our days hiking the nearby trails of Shenandoah National Park and kayaking. Evenings were a delight as we relaxed in the hot tub, fire pit and enjoyed movies in the outdoor theater, a unique experience that added a special touch to our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparations a breeze. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a smores kit. Bobby, our host, was exceptional. His communication was prompt and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Overall, our stay at ParkLine Retreat was unforgettable. It provided the perfect setting for quality bonding time with my son, filled with adventure, relaxation, and cherished memories.

My wife and I can’t really explain how great was our experience at Zachary’s farm, the place was just as described on the pictures but not only that you will also find a very gentle and always reliable host on Zachary, our experience exceeds our expectations by far, very nice, clean and quiet place to spend some days to relax away from the city, there are many places to visit near by with the Shenandoah National Park being one of them, you will definitely have a great time not just outside but also inside of the farm, definitely will come back another time.
