We had a lovely stay, Donia was attentive and present to ensure a lovely stay.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (5 min drive), ideal for resting. Wassim and his family are responsive, warm and welcoming. A place I would highly recommend!

A stay I'm not about to forget! The accommodation is not only functional, but also perfectly located, a few minutes walk from the beach. We constantly travel and have stayed in many airbnb's, and we give honest reviews. It is rare to find an airbnb that is actually bigger than the photos advertising, This apartment is amazing, it is big, clean, smart, comfortable, private and secure. A peaceful neighbourhood as long as you do not mind kids playing football for an hour a day, and they are the most polite and adorable kids. The furniture is good, there are tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms (smart tv in lounge). I work online and the internet was fast and in 6 weeks never glitched. The kitchen is excellent and the oven and grill is the best we have ever used! Great aircon, a lovely courtyard to have coffee or meals in. Shops nearby and a 1p minute walk to the beach. We would highly reccomend this apartment and would love to go back. Thanks Jihed!

We loved the peaceful location and close to several strategic places for a good stay as a couple or family,the host has always been attentive and very responsive in addition to being a great character who must absolutely be known because very rich in moral value,the neighborhood was great, the nearby shops are up to all the purses,the beaches are beautiful and varied rocks and fine sand,I highly recommend Dar Fadhila seriously and we took a subscription for each of our holidays in these places.

This is the BEST air bnb I have ever stayed in. Wallace went above and beyond!! The home is gorgeous and super clean. Attention to detail is impeccable.. can't wait to return. Location is great, nice quiet area.

We had a lovely time there. Very comfortable bedding. Linens are available. Very responsive owner and giving a detail of the surroundings of Hammamet as well as very accurate and useful information. A caretaker is present at night. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week-long stay. Nadia's dad welcomed us very warmly and was available. Soothing and secure private space. Several restaurants nearby and beach a few minutes walk away.

What can I say apart from, yes I will book again ❤️ and I hope to do so, soon.  The house looks like the pictures, clean and relaxing and private. If anything i wanted or needed to know, Elyes was a whatapp away and the lovely Laila was stone throw away (english saying for nearby).  The location was perfect, for my husband's work, restaurants, coffee/cafe shop, spa, Cash point/ATMs, supermarket, butchers, fish mongers, local shops, taxis, buses, car rental and yes, yes the beach ⛱️. Where I spent my days jet skiing, camel rides, swimming, sunbathing.  The kitchen was able to handle me and my husband cooking up a storm every night.  One of key things for me, the fridge was cold and the freezer was able to freeze 🎉 perfect wifi I was able to return home with clean clothes. Having 2 bathrooms, allow for sister in- laws to stay for 2 nights.  Tip: *use the 'rapide 15' to wash clothes *You can use your own Netflix login to watch movies. *Elyes and Laila are so kind, helpful & friendly

Like the place teddy was very responsive and helpful , the apartment is perfect for solo or large groups , close to the beach walking distance , the beach is clean and just perfect , the place is safe and easily accessible , close to gym bars restaurants and cafes

Great location and large terrasse, perfect for a 2 people stay in Nabeul. Very nice and helpful owner who helped us navigate finding the flat.
