It is located in the most prestigious part of Budapest (best part of District V) a stone's throw from Parliament, and the most beautiful square Szabadsag where the American Embassy resides. It is also a short walk to Margaret Island for relaxation and exercise. The building itself with lift is in immaculate condition externally and internally adding to the experience of the apartment itself. It features a dedicated home office so is particularly good for those travelling on business or simply wish to have a dedicated space to catch up on work and emails as required. The kitchen features a five hob, three electric oven range cooker with dedicated dining area in the stylish hallway area so is wonderful for evening entertainment. The main living room has a new bluetooth enabled media and music player system along with smart TV. It is very unusual to find an apartment with A/C in Budapest due to restrictions on installation but this apartment comes with full hot cold function. It also has a back up electric hot water heating system in the event of a problem with the main boiler. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having both roll top bath with mixer and separate shower. If the button is in the “high” position simply depress and simultaneously turn the mixer tap anti-clockwise The main water supply switch off is under the shelf space in the cupboard immediately to the left of the of the kitchen sink. To access take out the shelf and then using a small screwdriver insert to the valve and turn to shut off. Kitchen The electrolux reverse action tumble dryer is a condensor model so it traps the water in a plastic tank on the left hand side of the machine. Palazzo Residence in the City Center in an Architectural Building View to a Park

Get a glimpse into the past at this refurbished historical home. The flat features herringbone wood floors throughout, touches of color, expansive living areas, antique furnishings and decor, and multiple french balconies. The four rooms apartment is 120 m2/ 1292 Sq. Ft. It has two bathrooms one with a bathtube/shower, a sink and a toilet, the other with a shower and a sink and there is one more separated toilet too. The property is in the heart of the Palace district, home of beautiful old buildings, libraries, and art galleries. It is just a 5 minute walk from Lörinc Pap Square with its many restaurants, bars, and terraces. Within 10 minutes you will find the National Museum and the beautiful Wenckheim Palace that is home to one of largest libraries in town. The biggest food and produce market, the Great Market Hall is only 15 minutes on foot, so as the riverbank of the Danube (Fovam Square).
