Installed in September 2024). The veranda overlooking the small garden is a plus. The property is clean with all the necessities. Quiet decompressing is ideal. The beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance in +/- 15 minutes. Sophie, the host, is pro-reactive which is also an advantage.

A well-equipped kitchen features a double sink situated beneath a large window that frames a view of the surrounding dunes and nearby buildings. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the wooden countertops and cabinetry.

Very well-located and carefully maintained accommodation. The owners and their friends are responsive and friendly, offering lots of tips and places to visit. A place to remember for a quiet stay with your feet in the water!

We had a pleasant stay at Thierry's apartment. We were hosted very well. The listing is accurate. Linens are provided as well as cleaning, which is very nice. The space around the house is nice with children. Shops, playground and beach are easily accessible on foot. Close (by car) to Etaples and Le Touquet for more activities. We'll be happy to go back!

A great stay in a house that has a lot of charm. Willy is an attentive, welcoming and very responsive host who anticipated all our needs within his home: games/ beds for young and old, barbecue and various relaxation areas. The house is beautiful, well located and the equipment is complete. Loved it.

A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a clear glass partition. The shower area is complemented by stylish pebble flooring. A sleek vanity is equipped with a large mirror and minimalistic storage, while natural light enters through a nearby window.

We had a great time with the family. The listing was exactly as described and photographed. It is very well arranged and decorated, it offers many amenities. We didn't miss a thing. The excellent bedding and the surrounding calm allowed us to have a great night's sleep. Likewise, the location, a few minutes' walk from the beach, is very easy with children, even small ones, and offers a range of restaurants within walking distance as well. We are delighted with our stay and would be happy to return 😊
