We are a short drive to everything and parking is infront of my house!The Studio Apartment is a short drive to the Old town(3km), short drive to Brodarica(Rezaliste) beaches (3km), NP Krka 11 km and many other Cultural sites and Stores. Everything is a short drive away! This is a family home. The studio apartment is located on the main floor of my home. The area has a busy street infront of my house. Laundry wash provided for plus 3 day stays.

Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Apartment is located in the city center, in the pedestrian zone, on top of the hill next to Fortress of St. Michaels. Access to the building is possible only by stairs, so the apartment can only be reached on foot and apartment does not have its own parking. That's why we have a quiet garden without traffic noise, where it's a real pleasure to start or finish your day. Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
