Super modern lake front property on Hyco Lake! I grew up vacationing on Hyco Lake as a child into my adult life and now love sharing those same experiences with my guests! The "Modern Treehouse" has incredible lake views from all sides of the property! The sunsets are surreal and are perfect for relaxing in the hottub, hammocks, boat dock or paddle boarding!

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

Radiant heat. AC. Mini fridge and microwave, electric kettle, Chemex coffee maker and French Press, excellent wifi. Unique space in one of the best country neighborhoods around. 6.5 miles to Hillsborough healthy grocery store, 8 to Carrboro/Chapel Hill, 18 to Durham. Serene pond and grounds.
