A sunny garden studio in peaceful Fisher Park historic neighborhood that's an easy walk to downtown, restaurants/breweries, baseball stadium. Perfect location. Private with a separate entrance. One queen bed and a love seat pull out bed that sleeps one (in separate room). Wifi. Plenty of on street parking. Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking tub, hot tub, internet, coffee, hiking, and a view in Fancy Gap. Great for groups. What is needed for Glamping? Clothes, food, We have everything else covered! we own a nice fishing spot 3 miles away that my guests are welcome to. Mother Earth is super comfy with plush blankets washed between each stay, comfortable seating and open the dome to enjoy that fresh mountain air! There is a propane fireplace and a minisplit for heat/ac.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Once inside, the home felt much larger than anticipated and had a warm and cozy feel to it. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and I can’t recommend a stay here enough.

We just stayed two nights in this apartment while in town to watch my son race at Lake Sugar Tree MX track in Axton. It was just a nice 20 minute drive. This apt is one of the cleanest Airbnb rentals we’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed and pillows! Quiet and private. Will definitely book again for future stays.

This home was a perfect spot for my daughter and I for our week in Martinsville. We both work remotely and had no problems with the internet for our work. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cookware and serving dishes/utensils. The neighborhood is a quiet family area without too much traffic, and downtown Martinsville is just a few minutes drive away. The entire home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Michael and Connie were very receptive to our needs and safety. Thank you so much for a good week!

I stayed at Anabela’s cottage for a 12 week clinical rotation and it was perfect! Not only was the house itself everything that I needed, Anabela was wonderful. She regularly checked in on me and made sure I had everything that I needed to be comfortable. Given my long-term stay, I had family and friends that wanted to visit me and Anabela offered up her other properties next door for them to stay in — free! She is a wonderful hostess and certainly has the gift of hospitality. It was a blessing to have her as my host for 12 weeks and I’m happy to now call her my friend.
