Short way to the sea, all alone with no direct neighbors. A peninsula alone, but still central with approx. 30 min to town. And 10 min to shop and restaurant. In one with nature There are good fishing opportunities in Stora Le. Which the yard borders. Gets those who have experience with a boat. It may be possible to rent this. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, coffee maker, stovetop and oven. The balcony faces south with sun to late afternoon.
